INTRODUCTION
A 12-week course to discover how your body functions and the best way to train to reach your goals and optimal performance.
DESCRIPTION
- Initial 3D body composition scan
- Specific calorie and macro nutrient requirements to hit your goals healthily and not leaving you depleted of energy
- A Metabolic Test at rest to evaluate metabolic functioning, combined with tests of cardiac and pulmonary health.
- A diaphragm trainer and breathwork programme to improve your respiratory fitness which will elevate your performance to the next level
- An active metabolic test to see your VO2max score along with 15 other biomarkers such as cardiovascular fitness, fat burning efficiency, respiratory fitness and recovery capacity
- A follow up body scan in 6 weeks time to track the progress you have made over the previous weeks and consultation to make your on track to hit your goals
- A training plan specific to you and how your body should train to reach your selected goals in the most efficient way possibe
- A personalised Nutrition plan from a registered dietitian based specifically on your metabolism all led through an easy to use app on your phone
- A final body scan along with a re test of the resting and active metabolic test so we can view all your health markers see how far you have came over the last 12 weeks
- Twelve one-on-one physical therapy sessions to be used over the course of twelve weeks.
